I’m Eric Taylor, owner and inspector at Logic Inspection Services, proudly serving Sarasota, Bradenton, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities.

Sarasota has been home for the past 28 years, and that long connection to the area gives me a strong appreciation for our local neighborhoods, homes, construction styles, and the unique conditions that come with living on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

As a licensed home inspector and mold assessor, I provide comprehensive home inspections along with wind mitigation inspections, four-point inspections, mold assessments, indoor air quality testing, and radon testing. I take a detailed, hands-on approach to every inspection and make it a priority to explain what I find, why it matters, and what your next steps may be.
