I’m a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI, with a strong background in residential construction and hands-on building experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in remodeling and home improvement, which has given me a practical understanding of how homes are built, how systems function, and where issues tend to arise.
My experience includes framing, flooring, tiling, trim work, and general residential construction. That background allows me to approach every inspection with a trained eye for detail and a solid understanding of both structural components and finishes.
