About Michael

My name is Michael Marshall and I am a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Florida.

My business serves Pasco and Hernando Counties with the full range of home inspections for buying and selling a home or for insurance-related inspections.

I am a life-long resident of this area and I have been in the construction and home inspection industry for over 30 years. I have a Master's Degree from the University of Florida College of Building Construction and I have held many different positions in the construction

industry during my career.

I have worked as a Housing Inspector for the several local county and city governments. Through these experiences I have conducted thousands of home inspections and produced detailed scope of work and project estimating reports. I have spent the past several years owning and operating my own Home Inspection business.

I have extensive education and training through HUD, State of Florida, the International Association of Home Inspectors (INTERNACHI) and other established home inspection associations.
